Here's what I have for the minutes. Sound about right?

Group A Production Meeting

Date: 19/2/2008.

Present: Robert Strachan, John Whittle, Caryn Read, William Kavanagh, Chris Armstrong, Jack Serjeant, Paul Seaman, Stewart Rice.

Apologies for absence: James Fox.

Chair: Caryn Read.

1. Minutes from last meeting:

Agreed upon.

2. Matters arising:

• Level design,
• Texturing,
• Character design,
• Exporting/importing conventions for the chosen Engine.

3. Individual Progress Reports:

All progress from last meeting presented.

4. Planning for next week:

• Bill – Researching ways of exporting/importing from Maya to the Quake engine. Researching textures for the avatar and alien.

• John – Model the avatar in Maya.

• Chris – Model the alien in Maya.

• Caryn – Model general furnishings in Maya.

• Rob – Model the Mess Hall level in Maya.

I have added the stuff that the Games Dev lot have to do. Think it can be sent to Mike and Barry is everyone thinks its ok!?
