Group A Production Meeting

Present: Robert Strachan, John Whittle, Caryn Read, William Kavangh,
Chris Armstrong, Jack Serjeant, Paul Seaman, Stewart Rice
Absent: Ross Kitching, James Fox
Chair: William Kavanagh
1. Minutes from last meeting – Agreed upon
2. Matters arising –
• Level Design
• Character Design
• Engine Research
3. Individual Progress Reports – All progress from last meeting presented.
4. Planning for next week –
Bill – Character art (orthographic presentation) also providing model to work in engine.
Caryn – Further enemy character art to be designed (Orthographic and dynamic).
Rob – To further design the “storage unit” area of play map with agreed styling.
Chris – To further design the “mess hall” area of play map with agreed styling.
John – To further design the “control area” area of play map with agreed styling.
Stewart + James – To work on the interaction in the “storage unit” map. I.e triggers (both sound and movement).
Jack + Paul – To work on a distraction and A.I based triggers and pathways.
5.Production Issues –
Poly limit 55,000
Naming conventions to be agreed on for bones in rigs.
6. Any other business – N/A
