The minutes as i understood them to be
Group A Production Meeting
Date: 26/2/2008.
Present: Robert Strachan, John Whittle, Caryn Read, William Kavanagh, Chris Armstrong, Jack Serjeant, Paul Seaman, Stewart Rice, James Fox.
Apologies for absence: -
Chair: Paul Seaman & ?
1. Minutes from last meeting:
Agreed upon.
2. Matters arising:
• Model texturing (level, objects & characters),
• Character model rigging
• GUI file formats
• User interface
• Scripting
• AI
3. Individual Progress Reports:
All progress from last meeting presented.
4. Planning for next week:
• Bill – Rig character model from John
• John – Adjust/complete feet of player character model & texture player character model
• Chris – Texture alien model
• Caryn – Texture mess hall level model
• Rob – Texture object models
• James - UI for game (Main Menu, pause screen etc)
• Jack - Mess hall level model into game
• Stewart - Continue to work on AI (fix field of view angle and hearing distance)
• Paul - Level scripting (door switches, triggered events etc)
5. Production Issues:
• Hard copies of produced work for future meetings
• Printed hard copies of minutes for each future meeting
6. Any other business:
