Group A Production Meeting

Date: 11/3/2008.

Present: John Whittle, Caryn Read, William Kavanagh, Chris Armstrong, Jack Serjeant, Paul Seaman, Stewart Rice.

1. Minutes from last meeting:
Agreed upon

2. Matters arising:

• Handing off issues, Artists need to hand off all work to programmers ASAP and programmers need to give feedback and advice on problems as well.
• Alien Character needed remodelling (done by Rob)
• Possible animations for decided
• Online storage facility set up - http://www.humyo.com/111614795
• Textures in engine is a big issue to get solved

3. Individual Progress Reports:

All progress from last meeting presented.

4. Planning for next week:

• Bill - animate player character model

• John – animate alien character model

• Chris - Texture maps

• Caryn - Texture maps

• Rob - Texture maps

• James - Programme and implement GUIs, Menus and door control

• Jack – Take assets and get in game (i.e. textures, models, rooms etc) and solve any problems

• Paul Take assets and get in game (i.e. textures, models, rooms etc) and solve any problems

• Stewart – Continue to solve the AI for required game play

Bill & John - Animate respective characters with a Walk cycle, crouch and idle
